Policy on Refunds and Returns

Effective Date From the 2nd of September 2024 onward.

Existing Protocol

Currently we are not able to process returns or provide refunds unless the product is damaged in some way. We are not responsible for poor shipping practices by USPS or UPS for damage during transit. We try and protect our products as efficiently as we can and do to this using expedited shipping for product quality as often as we can.

Damaged Goods

If you happen to get a product that is damaged upon delivery to you please reach out to us within 24 hours with photo evidence. Send us photos proving the damage occurred so we can assist you promptly either with a full refund or, by sending you a replacement product at no extra cost to you.
